Description

``Myojo Mikasa Shio Yakisoba'' is a cup yakisoba that reproduces the salt yakisoba from ``Mikasa,'' a yakisoba specialty store in Jimbocho, Tokyo, that always has long lines. It was newly released in April 2020, and the taste of the extra-thick noodles and rich double sauce has been well received, and it has been released three times so far.
This time, while maintaining the quality that has been well-received, we have added a new "egg sauce" to express the "soft-boiled egg" that is on the shop's yakisoba. The filling of the extra-thick noodles, the flavor of the rich sauce, the refreshing lemon pepper accent, and the ``egg sauce'' that adds a mellow flavor, exactly recreates the taste of the restaurant's salt-fried noodles. By eating the "egg sauce" without mixing it, you can enjoy the difference in taste depending on the part you eat.
In the season when you miss the rich taste, please try the rich salt-yakisoba at home, which reproduces the taste of the restaurant with long lines.
